Internal Smell Meditation

Imagine the smell of the inside of your body, imagine it being a pleasant smell like vanilla cake or something you find pleasant. This exercise can have positive effects on the mind, like the smell is pleasant the psyche will be pleasant. It worked well for myself, I had a dream I was drinking a very tasty beer with white colored labelling, it also had other positive effects for me.

What you are suggesting here is unusual and strange...

I would say a smell meditation is fine, like focusing the mind on a certain smell like fruit or honey or something. Or a field of flowers and smelling them, also maybe a cornfield and peeling back the husks to smell them.

As for imagining the inside of the body smelling like vanilla cake, this seems delusional and just not beneficial in any way.
