Hello.
Long story short. I was always imagine this like almost all day meditating and just reading or getting knowledge. But now in recent time i found out that it's little bit boring for me. Because now i'm having one week free from school. I'm doing RTR, meditating, just sitting, watching some youtube videos etc. And it's kinda exhausting, maybe it will change after i will start permanently work or something. Just any advise how not get bored on same RTR schedule until it will go away, or how have something to do new? Thanks.
P.s  Sometimes when i do RTR or meditate i get this heat sensation in my spine, always in down part and more in right side then left. Is there any blocked chakras? Because in my opinion it should go evenly? I'm not still opened my all chakras, working on 3rd eye and 6th chakra and astral hearing and seeing first.
Thanks for advise.

I try to multiple RTRS throughout the day. I feel bad because they're not my favorite thing to do and I don't really like them but I do them anyways and use alot of energy in them and perform it to the best of my abilities. That's my advice. When I hav alot of free time ill do alot I them. I've done 7 in one sitting. But like today I'm doing them every few hours. It jut depends how I feel that day

No. RTRs arent like that. If you do like 5 in one day and 2 the next day, thats worse than doing 2-3 RTRs every day.

Make sure to space each ritual apart so that the energies can settle. Wait at least 30 minutes to an hour between each ritual.

That's not true, artanis. Our rituals are already set in place. Each time you do one, you're adding power to something that's already active. That's it. Of course the more you, the better. But not in the fashion you outlined. In fact, 5+2=7 while the second option can go from 4 to 6, which is a lower value. That means less energy added. What you say is worse is actually better.
If you do what you said, Tibi Tobi, you're neglecting your body. You shouldn't neglect your body. A strong soul needs a strong body to harbour it. You need to eat properly and improve your conditioning.

And what if it's boring? When you do only the easy stuff, life is hard. Easy comes, easy go. If you don't put in the effort, you won't achieve results. You need to be committed to your goals in order to drive forward.

So what about the anti-war rituals, specifically? I generally do all three in a row because the energies are directed towards the same manifestation.

Also, I don't understand how a variable number ov rituals can be bad. Inconsistent meditation I understand the harm ov, but let's say I don't have time to do the communications rtr and still squeeze in anti-war and blood sacrifice. Then, the next day, i can do all 3 with time to spare. Ideally any working should be consistent, yes. But how does this affect the outcome ov rituals?
