Is it normal to feel slight aching at eyes while doing 3rd eye/6th chakra meditation?

For me, it was normal to feel pressure around the eyes and head when working on the higher chakras. When I was new, I would get headaches a day or so after working on the 6th or crown. So, that's normal, but if something hurts, then stop. In your case, though, that sounds like nothing to worry about. It is the chakras activating and opening up from atrophy.

It's possible, avoid to force too much but allow your body to adapt.

Yeah, especially a sort of tired feeling over the eyes despite not being tired.

It goes after a while.
