important questions for my power meditation

My first question is about the energy meditation and the foundation maditation the problem is that i cant feel the energy in my body so i dont know if i was doing it right? also i was wondering if i am supose to inhale in a specific way? and for the energy metation am i suposed to visualize with eyes open or closed?My secont question is concerning the trance state because i tried many times to get in a trance but every time i would do it i was able to move my body so if anyone got some tips on that and would like to answer all my question i would really apreciate it.thank you for your answers.. :)
 
It takes time to feel it. You have to be tuned to the energy.

And about the trance, common sense says that you should NOT try to move your body to see if you can move it. If you are in a trance, you have NO desire to move your body, not even to see if you can move. Obviously focusing on whether you can move your body or not is the way to not reach a trance. A sure way to enter a trance is to act as if your body is invisible and inexistent. After a while if you persist on that thought, you'll not feel your body at all as if you don't have one.

The main point in relaxation and entering a trance, is that the THOUGHT must come first before the trance effect can happen. To relax your body at the point you can't feel it or move it, you must believe first yourself that you can't feel or move your body. No matter if you sincerely believe that or if you're lying to yourself, the point is to believe this blindly. And if you do believe it for a bit of while without having any evidence you'll soon confirm that your belief is right that you can't feel your body!That's really the magic of a self-hypnosis session or trance. It's not to find if something is right, but you have to believe first that it's right and you'll later confirm that.

For the energy and the foundation meditation it says that i should fell tingeling sensation or heat wich i cant feel at all.But should i absorb the energy in my phisical body or my light body?or does it matter?thank you

thank you but is it necessery to have a falling effect at the same time because its really hard for me to have any falling effect in my brain..
