The only thing is im not sure how to progress. I will take any help from anyone. I can't seem to open my 3rd eye, the only real reason is because i bite my nails and its a very bad habit anyone now a way around that? And also i have a Ouija board laying around how do i use it correctly? I've already looked at JoS but im still confused....please help.
