Im having some trouble visualizeing for my third eye

That's just it i can't seem to visuallize anything why? if anyone can help thank you

<td val[/IMG]Do kechari mudra, tip of the tongue on roof of the mouth. Breath softly through the nose into the back of the throat, almost like a very soft snore. This is one of the psychic breaths. No that the third eye is in the center of your brain. Do not visualize anything. Just do this breathing. In time, if not immediately, it will feel as if your breath is coming through the center of your brain. Keep this up and just feel the breath coming in and out the middle of your brain.   This should help.   Charles

Charles, just seeing a few of your posts and I am taking a great interest into some of the meditation techniques you are sharing with us, if you don't mind can you give me an idea or link or anything you can to give to me so I can do some research into these meditations. Much appreciated!

<td val[/IMG]The meditations that and exercise that I have learned over the 20 years do not oroiginate from the internet, nor do I believe you will find them in anything other then a waterred down form. They come directly from the Temples, Specificly the Trishulu Shambhala Temple, the Wu Chi and Yellow Dragon Temple and the Kriya Jyoti Lineage. You may be able to google anyone of those temples, I am not sure. You can google my teacher Sunyata Saraswati.   Email me private.....
