I wanna perform a dedication ritual

I want to perform a dedication ritual but I can't find the stuff to perform it. I just need some advice on the dedication ritual. I know what I need to perform the ritual and I know that if I can't with the stuff I need I can use my astral temple but when I get in a trance I might be interrupted and I know when we're in a trance we perceive things at a much higher level and any distraction can cause pain and trains always come through where I live..... all the time but I still want to do the dedication ritual even knowing the risks of distraction.

Don't worry - that is not a problem.

For example, you hear the train coming and say to yourself, "And the train coming aids me in focusing my concentration even more effectively and powers my dedication with unstoppable force." Or something to that effect.
