all you need is to be consistent.
a general idea is to make an affirmation that goes with what you want to achieve, you raise/invoque/evoque energy (be it from runes/stars/planets/etc..)
being consistent and timing your rituals wisely is your key to success.
when asking questions you should be more specific ,the group have many good rituals that you can re-use.
