My dad was a pastor at UMC. I was very fearful about hell especially when I was younger it's been years since I renounced it but the energy is very much there since my parents carry really negative energy. Does even being around them harm me on a spiritual level. It really is a pain to cleanse this and it takes hours even if I am only around them for a short time. I live in a city and they live in a suburb of this city not far away so they visit often. There is no way I see to stop this without hurting my feelings and their feelings as they are not bad people in the physical and have treated me very well even when I was a kid. Is there an easier cleansing method than surya or algiz or visuddhi because this builds up even visiting them one time and I am unable to cleanse deeper stuff very well because this keeps adding to it help me

ok I'm assuming that your fully dedicated- if not you need to be. Now if you know who your GD is go into a trance and talk to them asking them this question. Be open to any answers that come no matter how painful they may feel. This will take time.
Afterwards for basic stuff a serious routine-daily with full seriousness- of AOP and Returning Curses. You may also have to do a spiritual cutting of the ties since this is causing you a lot of pain. I hope that your able to get the info you need from your GD.
I will also suggest diving into the God ritual schedual to help bring in their energies into your life.
