ok im new. As in just this past tuesday new. I have read the JoS site and either im missing something or its not there so im asking now.(mainly because i havent gotten the whole meditation thing down to be able to ask myself) anyway im allergic to smke and thats why i need to know this 1.) i was told that using sented oils was ok. What type of oil burner should i get an electric wich would be the best for me because there is no smoke or a traditinal candal oil burner? 2.) because there is soposed to be a lot of smoke involved with concicration (spelling?) can i have someone else concicrate my stuff for me or is it required i do it myself?
