You are completely misguided. There is no "Soul Selling" in Spiritual Satanism. All of these are hollywood lies. Spiritual Satanism is an alliance with the Gods, like the Ancient Pagan religions. Any powers/benefits or positive outcomes [or even what you write] is because the Gods are teaching people to develop their souls and their own powers.

Nobody buys your soul and nobody can take your soul, your soul is you.

There is no "sale" of any sort. There is only dedication which means active development, studying of the occult, practicing, and embracing a positive relationship with the Gods which is called "Initiation" in all the Ancient Religions.
