Not everyone should work with elements. They are in the advanced section for a reason. The bellow's breath is fine. Many people thinking they're suddenly master yogi and skipping steps on the ladder doesn't help.

You are right, I just thought better he/she does this then the prior thing. On the page is also written to start slow.
Maybe the op lives in a really could region and needs this to survive. I see no other reason why someone would be interested in this.
