I think I have reached a somewhat unhappy point in which..energy that I meditate with feels too thick to manipulate. What can I do? The chakra points are unable to receive any of this..thicker energy. This energy feels alive, even though I am focusing on nornal energy around me. It is is difficult to use. Should I use runes? I am not certain what to do. Actually I feel the answer is deeper than a yes or no. I won't ask anyone to do a Ouija board session, but I cannot get any answers out of my pendulum. My guardian isn't responding either. He knows but won't tell me.. Meh. I need help. Nothing makes sense. WHERE DO I STAND?!

I suggest you doing yoga everyday. That enhances the meditations.

In addition 2 doing yoga, do alot of physical exercises like jogging or soccer,basketball or any sport. This helps with energy circulation.. Hail Satan!
