When I am visualizing my chakras like a sun do I need to visualize a white light in my aura at the same time or an I just focus on the chakras after the making my aura bright white

The two should be focused on separately, seeing both are two different aspects of the soul. I like to clean/empower my aura and do aura of protection as a sort of 'warm up' when meditating, then focus on chakras and other meditations I'm doing.

Thank you both :) I have recently tried it before I saw your replies and found it to be significantly more effective
