How to attact a sexual partner?

How can I attract a sexual partner. I don't want a relationship. I can't use a love working to attract an ideal partner because a friend with benefits isn't something ideal for me. I can't use energy to attract someone temporarily because it doesn't understand time. I tried many things and well this is the only chance I have to release a bunch of my stress. Can someone please help me with this?
