I wouldn't shrink it, but I would condense it. HP Vovim talked about having to bring his aura into a more condensed form to deal with the effects of Kundalini's initial rising and the Mer Ka Ba meditation. You also need to practice turning that switch on and off so negativity doesn't end up in your aura because you're "reading" and connecting to everything around you. Think of it like an "on" and "off" switch. Also know that the more you advance the more control you'll have over it. Sincerely,

I have found that having your aura connect to mundane people can drain you of energy and make your aura impure. That is why I practice the ability to shrink and to enlarge My aura. So that I can choose when I want to over power someone with My aura instead of always being overpowering. I would rather be in the background if you catch My drift. I made my aura smaller and this problem went away. However, new problems arose within the same day: I felt weaker, and got very sick. The next day my nose started running and got plugged up and I got attacks from the enemy because they saw I had purposefully weakened myself as to not annoy other people with the astral merging problem.
The bigger the aura, the stronger it can get. This is what I learned. My aura weakened when it shrunk in size. I weakened.
I made it bigger now, I won't go into details how. When you get to a certain level in meditations you know what to do. I don't know why I posted my original question. Guess I was annoyed, had to learn the hard way how things work.
Maybe some good will come out of this post after all. :p

When you begin your kundalini awakening, the only way to go is forward. In some cases you go backwards and your vibration drops and you can get sick, physically. This is what I learned, from my experience. I have gone backwards before (with other things in my kundalini process) in this process and I have experienced flu like symptoms that took more then one week to go away.
