How can objects be cleaned and charged?

Hi. To clean objects you just have to visualize a light like aura cleaning?

I read in a post that if you charge objects with energy, this energy can be stolen, how can this be avoided?

And with what type of energy can it be charged and what does it work for? In general, would this be a good idea?

I really like wearing rings and necklaces and it would be nice to take advantage of them more than just aesthetic

For cleaning, yes. You can also leave some things in the sun, if they relate to solar energy (citrine, for example). Running crystals under cold water is really great for cleaning, and it only takes a few seconds for them to become clean.

Charging items with energy can be done with drawing energy into them, or vibrating words of power, planetary mantras for example. As for the energy being stolen, same with anything else, but not something that happens all the time so there's no need to really be worried over that. If you are worried, then perhaps try programming the item to not be stolen or have it's energy stolen.

As for your jewelry, yes it is great to have them charged. There is a book on crystals and gems by Judy Hall, called "Crystal Bible", it lists the properties of crystals and is mostly accurate.
