how can i heal my self?really weak neck, feel like fainting.

hi guys so ive been having a weak neck on the right side i thoight it was some stuck enrgy but i remembered i slept really wrong one time and since then been like this, i took some xrays and my neck WAS crooket im scared this can be a big problem since it can be i could even die i and evrytime i gonout i feel like fainting cause my neck is just to weak and i feel dizzy. How could i heal my self?any suggestions?any good affirmations would help too.

First of all, relax and do not panic. Weak muscles and even scoliosis (crooked spine) can be fixed through appropriate exercises, yoga, and meditation. Sun squares help with healing spine and such, you could use runes too.

I would recommend doin a magickal working while seeking a medical help too.
A physiotherapy or an osteopathy would be the best choice.
