Homemade fluoride-free toothpaste Recipe

I found this toothpaste recipe a couple months ago, and really like it :) It tastes pretty good, and works REALLY well!

<h5 style="ingredients</h5>
6 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp baking soda
25 drops essential oil (whatever you prefer— I’ve used eucalyptus and grapefruit)
1 tsp stevdirections</h5>

I saw this post and I remember a while back that I used to make my own toothpaste. I would like to put the recipe here for those who would like to use it. Please understand this makes a paste and can only be used once, so you will have to make it every time you brush your teeth.
You will need:
Vanilla Extract
Baking Soda
Sea Salt (very fine)
Water
Mix the ingredients up until it makes a paste then add a drop or two of the vanilla extract. You can replace the vanilla extract with whatever you want to make it taste a bit better. The Baking Soda whitens while the Sea Salt kills bacteria and germs.

You can also apply a little hydrogen peroxide that acts as a bleaching agent, and can absolutely help in whitening teeth.
1-3 drops on the brush is formidable for effective brushing.
