It does indeed seem like a scam. I checked out the website and they offer a 30 DAY guarantee not a 365..

I emailed them a proposal. Since this is such a fool proof "opportunity" they will have no problem allowing me to use this to start making money and then repay them with my first payment WITH interest or else they can just stop my membership. That seems logical right since I'm GUARANTEED to make money...

This an Australian government website but it lists most of the various known scams and explains how they work.
