i want to meditate, but i simply cannot jump back in that horse.
i have been off meditations for quite alot of time now and its hard going back, i either drift to sleep or think about other things and
by the time i noticed it an hour has passed. so what can i do?

*Power* meditation (completely different than normal meditation) isn't an instant thing you try for a day or two. It's called mind training for a reason. It's mostly done to empower your soul, open your chakras, astral senses e.t.c. and these can take some time, they are not instant. They are not focused directly on external beings like our Gods, but they have to do with our self-empowerment, that's what Satanism is about.
You asked that question about what to do after being dedicated only a week ago, don't tell me you expect serious things to happen within a week?

*Power* meditation (completely different than normal meditation) isn't an instant thing you try for a day or two. It's called mind training for a reason. It's mostly done to empower your soul, open your chakras, astral senses e.t.c. and these can take some time, they are not instant. From my experiences, these practices are more newbie friendly than silent power meditation, because as I said before it's much easier to concentrate in something physical than a visualization. You even feel your bioelectricity after doing these.

It probably depends on the culture you've grown up and in your heritage too. I'm mostly referring to the western culture where people are focused on the material, are dominated by the left brain and want tangible results with everything. I mean, how many newbies come here and say "what can I do to bring money" or "want physical proof of Satan, want him to contact me" or ask about summoning a God and want a quick experience like that? Many people are like this and are not satisfied with something that isn't real or tangible such as a visualization, so they have trouble doing these.

And then there's the other reason why one may fail in power meditation. Part of your mind has doubts/disturbing thoughts or doesn't really want it. Same when I was new I did concentrate on falling into a trance but part of my mind was like "no you can't fall into a trance, that's impossible" or when I did chakra meditation I had subconscious thoughts like "wtf are you an idiot? Chakras aren't real!!". And I used to fail because of these thoughts, this part of my mind wasn't really into it.
When you do "physical" spiritual exercises, it's easier because your mind has no such doubts if what you're doing is real or not. You're concentrating in something tangible.

I had trouble myself. The first time I ever tried to summon a demon I felt kind of silly. However, for each ritual I ever did I always recieved an answer and results from having made the request. I also once had something happen on the the physical plane related to demonic activity. My partner thinks its coincidence, but its perfectly fitting for the description of the demon. However, I have yet to see or hear a demon during a summons. Each demon probably really showed up, as I did feel peaceful and spiritual, its just that I didn't see anything. For some reason the power mediations have been more impressive in my mind. I have never had a such a large spark appear on my base chakra from doing meditation until I tried the jos power meditations. I wasn't expecting that, and I already was sure that it was the correct meditation, so the physical manefestation was more of a confirmation, not something I sought for proof.
