help with controling my powers

hey I was wondering if anyone could give me some meditations for controlling electrokinesis. because I really need help controlling it so electrical appliances won't randomly explode or freak out around me. ^^

like I had light balbs explode around me before ==
and sometimes when I use like my phone or computer it freaks out and stuts down.
and I get shocked alot especially if I wear silver or copper jewelry. or if I pass high voltage places.

so if anyone could help that would be nice. because it is starting to become a problem -.-

Hello there
In order to get control over your ability, you should practice in meditations to feel and direct your energy. These are really basic meditations and a must to everyone.
Just close your eyes and concentrate on your breath. After a while start concentrating on a part of your body and feel the energy in that part. When you are totally aware of this energy, try to guide it to another part of your body. For example: feel the energy in your solar plexus chakra and guide it to your hand chakras, and then guide it back to your solar plexus. Important is that you don't force anything and that you take your time, you need to feel it. Guide the energy with your breath.
When you do this kind of meditations you get more control over your energy. And then it will only do what you want it to do. You will become totally and constant aware of your energy. Use your powers wisely, good luck and have fun.

Programm your aura to not mess with electrical equipment unless you will it to do so. It worked for me.
