You focus on it, and hold the focus on the pineal gland for a bit. You should feel a pressure. If not, you haven't located it, so keep try until you find it. It should feel like a hollow in the start. It is not rocket-science, sooo...
When found, the gland should start to drip its elixir, I think? That is what causes the pressure. Then meditate regularly on the gland until it opens. (it takes time, so don't bad-talk yourself if it doesn't open even the first month)
- I remember too have found it, and at a later date. It was hard to re-locate the pineal gland, just focus the best you can and hold it.
