help me
ive been diagnosed with dystonia
that means im physicly disabled
which means that i cannot get in atrance
so i want to help satan
i have wanted to 4 4 years

You can still help Satan. When we empower ourselves, we are helping Satan. When we leave anti tracts, we are helping Satan. Even when we are here answering questions and helping our fellow Satanists, we are helping Satan.

I can understand why it would be difficult for you to get into a trance, but that does not mean it is not possible. It will simply take you time and practice to build up to it. Start with the Foundation Meditaion and fill yourself with energy. Also practice Void Meditation, as this can be very helpful in your case. Just clear your mind of all throughts and completely relax your body. Being in this relaxed meditative state will help to relax your body and mind.

From there you can build your way up to concentrating for longer periods and meditating longer.
