I had something close to a migrene today. I came home earlier from school and wondered around the house not knowing what to do with myself. I drank a couple of teas and coffee but it didn't seem to have any effect (it never really does if I don't get any pills, but I did't have any at home today). After a few hours I sat down to meditate ( I only have time to meditate an hour or so a day, so I do it at a certain time). I'm not an experienced meditator, I've been doing breathing exercies only for some time. And,well, the head ache sort of stopped after some 20 min. It's been an hour since then, and I'm perfectly well now.
Does this mean I kinda healed myself, or was it anyway the teas and that crap? Because I thought one has to be more experienced with meditation in order to heal one's body...
