Healing Runes in pair

Greetings, brothers and sisters!

I am posting this thread to ask regarding runes and healing.
There have been some tragedies in my past that I have already moved on from, mostly, but there are still a few things I have been unable to entirely heal from,
so I would like to ask you:

What runes work best in pair with each other for healing? I have seen that Thurisaz, and Wunjo could work, but I myself am not very experienced yet in order to know
what works best in this topic.
