Im having a problem with motivation, and ive been drifting, I know that this is the right path and i will never actually stop but i cant get motivated to do even the simplest things, and ive begun to feel seriously alone, I know Satan doesnt abandon us, but i havent done ANYTHING for awhile and now im scared i will never be able to start up, and im wondering if this doubt is from greys or me or a mix of both, i just need some motivation or inspiration, lol, anyone got any spare?
i need help.
Hail Father Satan and the Demons of Duat!!!

Here's what worked for me, I put a daily meditation program and I followed every day at a CERTAIN HOUR, no matter if I had motivation or not. At sometimes I couldn't focus correctly, but as I followed on it became an essential part of my life and now I can't imagine myself without power meditation. Even if I miss it because of some reason, I always do it later.

Seriously, try it yourself. I also recommend to write the meditation program in your journal (if you don't have one, make one, don't underestimate its importance). You should view the daily meditation as if it is an important appointment you should attend every day and you can't postpone. For example, write in your journal "9 pm power meditation", and also write the meditations you're gonna follow.

It's much better if you get organized.

I should mention that when I had problems and started organizing my meditation, I only meditated for 30 mins. It was before I even upped it to 2.5 hours and started practicing kundalini yoga. :)

Motivation seems to be a recurring theme judging from similar posts over the past while. I know it's affected me as well and here's what I do ...

Remember that old saying "just do it"? Well when I can come up with every excuse under the sun to not meditate I apply that statement. I force myself to begin my meditations whether I want to or not by first deciding when (sometimes because of other obligations or events it can't be "right now" but it can be "before dinner", "this evening", etc.

It doesn't stay "forced" for long! Within a few minutes I'm in the full swing of things!

Also, for those of us who meditate for long periods of time, as was already suggested I think, you can cut the length down to a more manageable level, temporarily at least. This problem was becoming quite serious for me especially (especially as I have been doing the Magnum Opus and working with the Philosopher's Stone and all that entails for quite some time) so "mini meditations" (at least "mini" by my standards) were suggested to me. This has proved to be an excellent solution. We can always find 20-30 minutes. You can break them up into several sessions, also--it doesn't have to be all at once.

Worst case scenario: as a purely TEMPORARY solution, make sure you at least cleanse you at least cleanse your aura and chakras and do a protection exercise each day. Often as not once you've done this, you will "automatically" continue with the rest of your meditations.

This is what I have done for about 6 months now. When I first wake up in the morning somewhere between 6 and 7 am.I make coffee, and while it is brewing I do my power meditations.
1.I do thirty minutes of Hatha yoga.
2.Breathing exercises.
3.5 minutes of void meditation.
4.trance
5.cleaning and spinning of chakras.
6.chakra opening exercises.
7.energy work.
8.protection.
9.As kikesmasher said, write results in my black book.
I do realize that not everyone does power meditations the same, but as he said,I can't imagine starting my day without them.I can feel the power surging through me on my way to work. Then I am ready to deal with all the xtian assholes at Walmart. lol
Hail Satan!

Motivation seems to be a recurring theme judging from similar posts over the
past while. I know it's affected me as well and here's what I do ...

Remember that old saying "just do it"? Well when I can come up with every excuse
under the sun to not meditate I apply that statement. I force myself to begin my
meditations whether I want to or not by first deciding when (sometimes because
of other obligations or events it can't be "right now" but it can be "before

Also, for those of us who meditate for long periods of time, as was already
suggested I think, you can cut the length down to a more manageable level,
temporarily at least. This problem was becoming quite serious for me especially
(especially as I have been doing the Magnum Opus and working with the
Philosopher's Stone and all that entails for quite some time) so "mini
meditations" (at least "mini" by my standards) were suggested to me. This has

break them up into several sessions, also--it doesn't have to be all at once.

Worst case scenario: as a purely TEMPORARY solution, make sure you at least
cleanse you at least cleanse your aura and chakras and do a protection exercise
each day. Often as not once you've done this, you will "automatically" continue
with the rest of your meditations.

Im having a problem with motivation, and ive been drifting, I know that
this is the right path and i will never actually stop but i cant get motivated
to do even the simplest things, and ive begun to feel seriously alone, I know
Satan doesnt abandon us, but i havent done ANYTHING for awhile and now im scared
i will never be able to start up, and im wondering if this doubt is from greys
or me or a mix of both, i just need some motivation or inspiration, lol, anyone
got any spare?

i need help.
