having trouble opening my heart chakra

hi i was wondering if anyone here has advice on getting the right vibration for opening the heart chakra, i have tried many times and have been putting off opening my chakras for way too long because i couldn't get a vibration. i have my hands in the right position but i just cant seem to get the vibration. any tips or advice is appreciated, thanks.
