Hi All,
I was wondering if it is effective to incorporate both Hatha & Kundalini spine yoga into one session?
Or do they have to be done independently in order to receive their individual benefits?
Thanks!

I do them both and i have not gotten any negative/unwanted effects. In fact it gives me more energy. I do kundalini and hatha.
Hail Satan!

Both of these are extremely powerful. Both excercises do a great job of raising the life force. It simply doesn't matter which program follows the other. It should be based on personal preference.

No harm in doing them in one session, though i do remember reading that the best results are if they are done a few hours apart. But it's nothing to stress over, do whatever fits in your schedule

I'm at day 17 and I'm stuck!

Could you kindly send an e-mail to seeker.o@... with both Hatha Yoga Routine PDF & Kundalini Yoga Routine PDF attached?

I'd be glad.
