Health going on raw vegan?

I actually dont have the best relationship with food. fruits and vegetables are my safe foods and now i am in my healty and skinny as possible BMI and i want to try this. This woman says she got rid of type two diabetes with going on raw vegan and i really liked it. is it ok to try? nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables but raw i think its ok

2) for women - other gals want to keep you away from the men's eyes, so they'll tell you 'you look fine' (when you don't),

Raw veganism is basically starving your body of all the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients it requires to function. Did you hear about the raw vegan influencer who died recently? Autopsy showed she was severely malnourished to the point her immune system had collapsed and her body was physically unable to heal itself from sickness and fight off infections.

Balance is key, especially with diet, but as a human being your body requires animal products to sustain itself.

What is beautiful is what is healthy. A skeleton person is not healthy and not attractive. It is as bad as an extremely fat person.

Be as healthy as possible, and don't listen to other women saying what makes a woman attractive because most of them do not know. These fake beauty standards that many girls and women have now that make them so depressed do not even have anything to do with what most men are actually attracted to, and it is just bullshit. Also a lot of this with girls is because many of them are like crabs in a bucket, they just pull each other down and try to prevent each other from being happy or successful, so they even purposefully lie to each other about what they should do to become more attractive when really it would make them look worse. Women tell other women that a 40kg skeleton person is the most attractive, but you will not find men that agree because it is not true.

Look at the statues of our Goddesses. None of them is depicted as being extremely skinny and malnourished, and none of them is depicted as being fat and overall overweight.

Red meat is essential for men and should be eaten every day same as eggs. Eggs help keep cholesterol levels in check (men should eat at least 5 medium a day, or 4 large ones). Eggs give you the building blocks that then can be converted in sexual hormones, such as testosterone and oestrogen.

Women may eat less red meat, but they still need it a couple of days a week, or they will not have enough iron and other essential nutrients contained in red meat. I think women should eat more fish and seafood in general as it helps with their physiology, but I'm not well-studied in women's health.

If you keep meditating and advancing, you'll find out that extremes are always bad for you. Extremes in the context of nutrition are the following diets: vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, fruitarian, and raw.

Also, someone mentioned type-2 diabetes. Illnesses like this are not genetic. Genes give you the potential for many things but it's your lifestyle and environment that decide which genes activate and which genes stay dormant, and how activated genes express. Genetics is not deterministic.

People with type-2 diabetes are like that because of over-reliance on carbs. For example, many Italians eat too many carbs. They eat pasta twice a day, and usually at leat 100g per serving. That is not healthy, and it shows in how many elderly Italians have in fact type-2 diabetes.

Your lifestyle decides how you age. Diet, physical fitness, psychological development and afflictions... all these and other environmental factors will influence whether you can carry your shopping at 70 and 80 year old or not, whether you can walk or not, whether you can go up and down the stairs, whether you can carry your grandkids on your shoulders, how fast you look old, how fast you walk, how your brain processes information, how your short- and long-term memory will be.

Excess of sugars for example brings cognitive decline, affecting your memory, etc.

Lack of several specific exercises multiple times a week every year of your life will prevent you from doing related movements when you get old.

It's not age, it's your bad habits across the years. But people blame age, because it's easier than being mature and taking responsibility for their actions.

If you follow a raw vegan diet, in a few years you'll be dead. Not healthy. Dead.

For example, squatting preserves the ability to go up and down the stairs because it mimics the movement. Advanced variations (or adding load) is necessary, though. Otherwise anyone just going up and down the stairs a couple of times a day would manage to do it.

Carries preserve the ability to carry your groceries. Think farmers walk and similar. Any isometric carrying of a higher load helps. The higher the load you can carry in 1 minutes, the higher the load you can carry as shopping for several minutes.

These are 2 examples. Think about the movements you are going to need when you're old, and what lifting/calisthenics/gymnastics/strongman exercises relate to it, and do it 2-3x a week, with normal growth principles (like progressive overload) in mind.

If you want to be able to run when you're old, you need to run. That's the easiest to figure out. Run long for stamina, fast for speed 😂

This is not just for aging. Anyone who doesn't do something, stops being able to do it. For example, many unfit people are unable to run for 5 minutes, some not even for 1 minute. Someone who always take the car to go shopping always struggles to their bags, even from the shop to the car.

If you don't put load on your shoulders (i.e. sandbags or barbells or even a backpack with increasingly heavy staff inside) and walk with it, you will struggle to carry your kids and your grandkids. You may even get back issues, which all lazy people past a certain age though.

It's not just about strengthening certain muscles (although that's necessary apart from what I'm saying) but also about replicating movements. Replicating movements engages your nervous system and develops neuromuscular coordination, making the movements easier. This can also be observed when learning something new: the demand for your brain is much higher when learning something which can leave you worn out and increase the intensity of resources used by your body; but once you learned it, your body and brain know how to do it, so it takes less resources (including energy and effort) to do.

sorry for my triggering sense of beauty and words. i actually like every type of body in women and man but when i look at mirror i started to like myself as skin and bones. thats why i am in a anorexia recover. i am 164 and 42 kg now its nearly my-low as posible-healthy weight. actually i am afraid of gaining more bc my heartbeat is ok now. i was really bad when i was 28kg.

Let me tell you @CatDoll that you don't need to be afraid to lose weight - because you will certainly NOT look like those morbidly obese, suicidal whales.

For a woman being underweight is related to not menstruating, which is UNheathy.

Furthermore, when you gain some weight, you will actually become even MORE ATTRACTIVE :) .

You're wise to have acknowledged that you have been following the wrong kind of social media - because indeed, 'misery loves company'.

I'd advise you to hit YouTube and (binge?)watch videos on how to gain weight. Bear in mind, you'll have to watch MANY of them to have the proper knowledge on how to do it safely (see Stormblood's advice in the post above).

that was what i afraid off. when i eat too much (normal) i feel so heavy (may about my digestion bc some of the days i survive on an apple and too much cofee)

you are right. i used to like feminine bodies before my eating disorder (i still like them) but bad transits and disordered body image ass comunity convinced me to be skin and bones. (its not all their problem also in my culture eating less=good, and i was so rude to my body)

if i gain 4 more kilograms i will be free from clinic. but i still avoid from my fear foods (bread,butter,fast food,red meat etc.) it makes me slowly gaining it.

You are not aware of basic human physiology when you state that you survive with that kind of habit. Your body, and indirectly your mind, suffer greatly from this. That is called being malnourished. Your body does not receive the required building blocks and, as a consequence, is not able to maintain certain functions and "eats itself" to survive (catabolic state).

Butter (within reason), and eggs, and red meat (and bread, why not, but it is less of a need for most people than these other foodstuffs) that were previously mentioned are key for being healthy and make the physical side of things so much easier and better for you, and actually, for most other people as well. I say most because in the current world, there are some notable exceptions due to certain health issues stemming from environmental factors, harmful programming, and genetic component.
