Ghosts in my house?

Immediately upon entering a light to medium trance in my lounge area, I felt and heard on the astral two astral entities playing in the lounge. There appeared to be 2 human children around the age of 6-8. My two nieces were playing in the lounge a moment before and they were in another room now. I had to leave because I was getting freaked out. This was the second time I had had experiences with these same two astral kids in the lounge.

I'm wondering if these two astral kids used to live in my house or died here? They were wearing old-fashioned, tattered clothes?
