Lately ive been seeing in the group some people have difficulty in visualizing in some way or the other,Maybe They may have difficulty in alighning the chakras as well.So here is the tip.take your photo(With only underwear if possible) Then Draw the chakras on you're picture and the alighnment as well and watch it for a couple of minutes and Close you're eyes then Visualise the picture.hope this helps.

We are not born with cloth on, guilt about nakedness is worthless.
