Thank you. I'm now looking for the supplies, gold-chlorite seems hard
to find. Should have money to have everything in next month, I'll post

taking my body to the limits..and then walking on that edge one time fasted, then stayed up much longer than this ...back then I had practice because i would bartend and do a daytime job so was used to no rest anyway I then proceeded to chant for a long period of time and got great results.. at present I also chant and meditate but to get to that edgy feeling I do so by waking at 3 am or so right in the middle of the deep sleep and then I start right away meditating....sit up and go I find i get to that same edge state just as well but I still enjoy a fast then sleep depravation then trying meditations like this which again was from a friend in another group: The Biot (nicknamed by Timothy Leary in Info-Psychology) becomes the metaphor for the meat vehicles that we drive. It is the Biological Robot, perticulary the one whom functions mechanically on old habits and represses its unknown...
The unknown lies in our dreams. When we sleep, when we fantasize, when we orgasm,... The biot is temporarily liberated of all tension and enslavement of the rational language self...
Heres a meditation, Biotic Dreaming....
1. when you feel the right time comes,... stay awake for 33 hours... Try to fall asleep by the 34 forth...and use the 34, 3+4=7 as a Sigil of Luck, a function for banishment and assurement.
2. close your eyes and travel deep into your half a sleep half a wake state of mind,... Stay in internally verbal silence, focus your attention to your breath, synchronize your mind sounds with it....
3. Try to fall asleep clearmindedly awake... In other words, pay attention to the transitions and stages of going into sleep/dreaming... Use no dialogue, only breath.
4. Eventually, you should fall into lucidity,... A more awake form of dreaming,... When you enter this extrasensory dream world,... ask yourself a question(Practice this questioning in your awake life so you program it in the dreamworld as well.) Am I dreaming?.... test your reality by trying to make some rare phenonmen happen metaphysically... This will allow you to consciously explore that bit of sub-conscious information.... You can also travel through informational dream nets... the so-called OOBE`s are a result of this kind of travel,.... To do this attain control of the dream and try falling, flying, going through a wall, going through a floor,... this will act as a navigational gate way to the hedonic exploration of the human nervous system storage spaces....
Use a prefered intention and I guess travel to what ever it is that you feel you need....
