Experience during Chakra Spinning

I feel tingling and numbness in my legs while doing Chakra Spinning Meditation. So is it normal or I am doing something wrong. Another question I have is how to visualize the chakra should i visualize them like a tornado or should i visualize them like a triangle. If anyone can post a video on visualization of chakras then it will really be a great help.

a triangule spinning is pretty much a tornado, lol.I have experienced some bliss while spinning my seventh chakra, chakra spinning is good for health
