Someone posted it in another thread, but I don't remember the thread, but I has copy/pasted it into my tablets note pad. I read this out load (whispered since public places are more private than my house), and I feel some immediate results. I'm not open or anything yet, but as soon as I had finished saying the entire thing, my arms and legs began feeling very light weight as if they weigh nothing (this was 5 mins ago and the effects is lingering as well as some shaking in my arms). I also had a few pains in/on my head as if something were hitting me. That stopped as soon as I did a very quick attempt at a protection meditation like the one posted on the JOS website.
I didn't actually expect anything to happen but it did, and I'm happy for it, as I see it as a sign I am doing the right things.

That is good, and if you were feeling something in your head, it was probably the enemy links. On Vovims page he tells you how to severe the enemy links, you should do this everyday.
