Lately I've had to deal with beings where they mix up or confuse my energies so I cant sense my own and I can't use my abilities to my full potential to defend myself. I tried meditating and taking the energies out of me but I couldn't, and when the energies are inside me my senses are confused so I can't trust any astral beings or gods when that happens. What do I do in these situations?
