How effective would it be to visualize energy in a glass or mug or water tea etc and drink it in? Good substitute when craving alcohol?

Energy drink
There are ways to bless food and drinks before eating them by certain mantras, this is what many Vedic Rishis did, this is quite effective and is a good idea.

Stay away from this piss - it has a harmful combo of sugars + caffeine PLUS some chems you do NOT want in your body.
Mayeb green tea instead of it?

00) "dubito, ergo cogito" - Rene Descartes. Doubt, but think. And do research
0) If you seek validation of your delusions - you won't find it here.
1) "I believe that XYZ." - Irrelevant. Study https://templeofzeus.org and KNOW. Slaves believe - they don't know.
2) 'xianity', not 'xtianity' - 'christ' = x, not 'chris', AND "Gods", not "God's", "chakras" not "chakra's" if plural.
3) If someone appears to be new, it doesn't mean they have no agenda. Slander veiled as an 'innocent' question, or 'just my opinion' is still slander.
4) Look how beautiful and logical the bible / quran is!
5) Trolls think they can't be exposed - those idiots expose themselves. Another name of Zeus is Satya - Truth
6) serpentwalker666's post from 22.02.25: "People be like... "We want Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Ancient Babylon again" / *Joy of Satanas becomes the Temple of Zeus and starts to expand and take on the endeavor of the ancient restoration of the full spectrum of knowledge and divine culture of the gods* / People be like: "Wait what are you doing?" / Us: "Isn't this what the goal was all along?""
-ask yourself: if you find the above weird, doesn't it mean you have got stuck too much in the cults of yehubor?

Not an actual energy drink. Breathing energy into water or tea and visualizing and drinking it

I got some barley tea and breathed a deep purple energy into it and visualized it radiating the energy/glowing. I affirmed "This purple energy is filling me with confidence, energy, and wisdom." I drank it and visualized the energy spreading from my stomach out into my aura. It feels amazing 😊 I'm excited to try other colors and affirmations as well
Hail Zeus

For energy, you just to eat enough food, make sure it's good quality and balanced, drink enough water, and have enough electrolytes from food, salt, (and supplementation if needed). Sleep hygiene as well. Stimulant teas are add-ons, meaning they supplement a nourishing lifestyle. They do not replace it.
Alcohol is a depressant, not a stimulant. If you need to relax and let go of inhibitions, there's breathing exercises you can use. You don't need to resort external substances. Sure, you can have some chamomile tea or similar if you want to. It's not going to affect you badly. Just saying you have all the tools within yourself.

I knew about affirmations, whispering and visualization, but what kind of mantras are these? Do you have examples?
I'm interested.

They are quite elaborate and long Sanskrit mantras, I'm sure there are some that use much shorter mantras.
This mantra is offering the food that is about to be consumed to the five pranas. You repeat this mantra then sip some water before eating. And then infuse you food with blessed energy.
śraddhāyāṁ prāṇe niviṣṭo'mṛtaṁ juhomi
śraddhāyāmapāne niviṣṭo'mṛtaṁ juhomi
śraddhāyāṁ vyāne niviṣṭo'mṛtaṁ juhomi
śraddhāyāmudāne niviṣṭo'mṛtaṁ juhomi
śraddhāyāɱ samāne niviṣṭo'mṛtaṁ juhomi
brahmaṇi ma ātmāmṛtatvāya
It translates into english as follows:
Firm in my religious faith, I have offered this oblation of ambrosia into Prana with reverence: O Prana, increase the power of my in-breath by this food! Firm in my religious faith, I have offered this oblation of ambrosia into Apana with reverence: O Apana, increase the power of my out-breath with this food! Firm in my religious faith, I have offered this oblation of ambrosia into Vyana with reverence: O Vyana, increase the power of my diffused breath with this food! Firm in my religious faith, I have offered this oblation of ambrosia into Udana with reverence: O Udana, increase the power of my up-breath with this food! Firm in my religious faith, I have offered this oblation of ambrosia into Samana with reverence: O Samana, increase the power of my middle breath with this food!
This mantra is from the Mahanarayana Upanishad.

The five pranas are different forms of energy that circulate throughout the body in different areas. They are each associated with chakras, organs, and have certain functions.
This diagram shows you where the five pranas are in the body. And what their function is.
