I've sometimes wondered about this. I've often gotten the impression that in order to become a God you need to let go of earthly things like eating food or drinking water and instead survive off the energy of the cosmos or something.
Is that sort of thing true, or do Gods eat and drink just like humans do?
Hail the Gods of Duat!

Do Gods eat and drink?
No, they don't need to eat and drink because their energy does sustain them. There are also humans who can do that, these are called "breatharians" and are very rare.

So they replenish/nourish themselves simply from breathing?

So it is possible. I've often wondered if we could replace our need for food with raw energy. Isn't that what we try to achieve with food anyway? The healthiest form of sustenance? No carbs or fat from energy lol. Hail Satan!
