1. Im Dedicated my soul soon, where do I sign my name? Do I sign it where it says state name or just on the bottom of the page?
2. Sounds stupid but since I began satanism I've been more jumpy and have these strange feeling of presence, is this normal?
3. Are their any special items I should use when dedicating?

1. At the bottom of the page. State your name means exactly that, just write it normally. Not sign it in blood.
2. Yes.
3. If you needed to use some extra items, don't you think this would be mentioned in the dedication page? You only need to do what's written on that page.
