Confused please help

Greetings
         Was looking over the planetary squares as I want to start one very soon. The square for Mercury states:The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the throat chakra and strengthens a weakened/debilitated Mercury in one's astrology chart and helps in the affairs ruled by the house/s with the signs of Gemini and Virgo on the cusp/s and the house containing Mercury.  While the full chakra meditation page on JOS website says THE FOURTH, THE CENTER THE HEART CHAKRA (ANAHATA)LOCATION: Center of the chest ELEMENT: Fire/Air COLOR: Green NUMBER OF PETALS: 12 PLANET: Mercury Gender: Neuter DAY: Wednesday      So the full chakra   meditation page says it empowers heart chakra while planetary square page says it empowers the throat chakra.      Similarly the page for Venus Planetary square states The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the heart chakra, strengthens a weakened/debilitated Venus in one's astrology chart, and helps in the affairs ruled by the houses with the signs of Taurus and Libra on the cusps and the house containing Venus. While the full chakra meditation page on JOS website saysTHE FIFTH THE THROAT CHAKRA [VISHUDDI]LOCATION: Throat ELEMENT: Air COLOR: Sky Blue NUMBER OF PETALS: 16 PLANET: Venus GENDER: Female DAY: Friday METAL: Copper 
   So the full chakra meditation  page says it empowers Throat  chakra while planetary square page says it empowers  the heart chakra.   Can someone please clear my confusion as to which one it is

i also blv mercry rules chest chakra.
its element is air
female and male represented by yantra like the visnu star
thats why it has an ing shape
people also communicate with the hands.
express (venus--emotion) with throat and sukra means pure
visuddhi means pure and rules the throat.
खड्गचर्मधराय buddha for planet(asura) not the god(satan) has a sword
shukra (lesser guru/benefic planet)doesnt.

venus is named as the goddess inana/enana.
inana is the quin of heavens.

From working with both the energies of Venus and the energies of Mercury I have noticed both seem to rule over the hearth and throat chakra's.

I cannot really explain the specifics behind that observation, but it is my personal experience.

The planetary squares appear to do as they are written though, with the Mercury square empowering the throat and the Venus square empowering the heart, dispite the full chakra meditation page saying those planets rule the opposite chakra's.
