Hi brothers and sisters,
I am a new member and i am practising the void meditation, cleaning of the aura and chakras on a daily basis. I would like to ask if it is normal to feel warm/ hot while cleaning the aura and chakras?
I am able to see the bright light but is it ok to feel this sense of warmth?
