Cats keep coming........familiar or coincidence?

This cat thing began i think about 5 years ago, back when i was a muslim. There was a street cat that used to come and go and walk around our house and we used to feed it leftovers. I was a nervous 10 year old boy, who cats wud scratch me if i tried to touch them. One day while feeding it, i took the guts and simply rubbed a finger slightly over its back. Then b4 i knew i ran around me, rubbing itself against me and purring. I was like, "What the hell just happened?!" Then i used to keep it as a pet, however it never did enter 'my' house. [NB: Our building is a four storey tall flat. On the ground floor lives my grandparents, uncles; on the 1st lives me and my parents, on the 2nd lives another uncle and his family. Well on the 3rd lives a tenant.]
The only ritual i've performed so far was the dedication ritual right at the beginning. No standard, banishing, familiar, succubi etc was performed afterwards. I often think alot in my free times about having a familiar or a succubus, but thats all. I do meditations and have begun opening my channels.......bla bla bla.
The thing is why are cats coming in my life so often? Is this possibly a familiar or just coincidence? It seems everytime a cat is kept away from my life, they either die or no sign of them remains. I'm confused. Any help?

I cant say is it a familiar or an odinary cat. But I can say that they are respected life beings with a soul and emotions and not an "it" that you can sell, through away of your shoulder etc. I can say from my experience that to be pushed out, asked to fuck off etc is very hurt, and cats understand everything emotionally and are aware of what your thinking of them and how you feel about them. Possibly that one you thrown away of your shoulder has an emotional traum now.I may say when your alone street cat, it doesnt matter are you a familiar or not - your alone and to be pushed away by a master that is your only firend is very painfull spiritually.
