As title says.

Any kind of info, that helps that area to be healthy I know working out helps and such and eating healthy but is there a proper diet for it? Should I just Google that and go with what doctors has written about along with keeping an SS in mind?

No. Google is a cencorship search engine.
A lot of lies have been told and they continue to be repeated by people from becel, in example, in various commercials etc.

It is hard to sift through the bs. It is hard to know when its bs.
Ie transfats. Since when is it healthy to eat artificially made food? Not ever.
So simply, use foods that are as close to the natural source as possible and always check the labels.

I thought sprinting was sprinting. I feel like an idiot sense I now I'm not sure I was doing it right.

In the past I used to jog then I did a little sprint but wasn't sprint running at my full speed... So that area kind of throws me off now.
Mind explaining or linking me to something that's reliable.

So Google's out of question. Oh boy what a pain.
Oh well thank you on that.

The transfat is artificial huh... good thing I don't eat much crap to any.

My first time on having a cookie from store bought and that was one of the nastiest things I had a long time. Wow the amount of suffer and coloring it. Can't stand that.
