Can someone help me with this meditation?

I really want to open my third eye, but I'm a beginner.
But hey, we've all got to start somewhere right?
So I'm looking at angelfire's beginner lessons and I'm already stuck on this one:

I'm having trouble figuring out how to make my words...I don't know, "vibrate"? I'm don't know how to make the sound they're trying to explain. Sure I can make that buzzing bee noise with my lips, but I can't do that and speak at the same time.
I want to do this the right way, and I'm worried I'll screw up.
