Sorry, what im asking here is how do i meditate in the 3rd eye to reap maximum results??

I would be happy to answer your question however first I just need to clarify one thing. Which meditation are you speaking of in terms of

'today is my last 3rd eye meditating.....'

Is it the chakra awakening exercise or the mediation from the full chakra routine?

If you are doing the awakening exercise, then the 'th-th-th-th-th' chant IS the mediation, however if it is the full chakra meditation, the chant as far as I know is an optional part, I find I don't need to use it to feel the energy in and around my third eye and sixth chakra. The alignment can be done at any time, I usually do that when I am cleaning my aura.
