It alters your brain and when I take it my dreams are more vivid and I can wake up earlier too.
Is this drug going to affect my meditation?
Will satan not be happy with me using it?

If it's not perscribed to you, it's probably not good for you. You can, but shouldn't. Take it from me, I did the opening meditations and worked on them and my memory is better, and dreams are practically touchable.

It says on the JoS sight that they are not against drugs, just use them responsibly. I think it is okay, but is that prescribed or are you using it unprescribed? I am for recreational drug use, but against prescribed drug use. Prescribed drugs change your personality.

My personal outlook is that all drugs are weakness and cripple your mental and physical awareness.
As for Satan being upset with you, I gather not, but remember that through Satan all things are achievable, so why not use your meditations to focus on making your dreams more vivid without the use of narcotics.

Well I (supposedly) have mental issues that (supposedly) require zoloft... But honestly, I think my stepmother was just pissing me off to the breaking point and the zoloft was helping keep me calm with the extra serotonin... Honestly, I want to get off of this shit, but I know I need to be weened off. And I'm honestly not sure if I should. I want to talk to a psychiatric professional regarding this issue... Any suggestions?

You could ask him yourself, it takes time but it gets easier and easier. Otherwise, In my opinion, keep it up, if a doctor says it is necessary then it is. Satan encourages science.
