Can anyone help give me an answer?

Hi,
I need to know what you think.


Recently (past few months) I've been hearing someone shout my name when no one in my house or around my house have, and iv heard little knocks or slight bangs an no one has made any noise (in the house), and I keep having times quite frequent where I feel like someone is in a room with me but no one is in the room with me. I was wondering what do you think it is.....is it my demon,a poltergeist or some form of spirit? I have been trying to figure it out but can't so I was wondering if anyone could give me some kind of answer to what it could be.

Sounds like a ghost to me. Might be a enemy attack but is you're not feeling anything negative then eh.. best thing to do would be this Banishing Ritual

It might be an enemy Grey as demons don't usually show themselves unannounced unless you have relations with them. Perform the banishing ritual on the JoS website and start doing the protection meditation.

Hi,On the JoS site it says something about malevolent or a trapped soul/spirit in the banishing ritual part.
 How would I know which one it is as to which ritual to do?
