So I’m starting the power meditations “course” and I’m starting with the breathing exercises. I’ve always had this problem in other meditation classes I’ve taken. One instructor called it body dismorphia, or something like that. I don’t feel the breath in my body. I can’t feel my lungs or my diaphragm or anything. Does anybody know of a way I can overcome this? It’s very frustrating. Thanks ?
