Hey brothers and sisters ,

I've just realized sometimes in my rituals i said in my brain " i will" and i just read its not good to say it.

So should i say next time: " i am" or theres other words ican use?

Ps: my 2 jobs are killing me i have hard time to think right, if u dont mind telling me what i can use else to program my brain to hold on few days more before the end of suffering.

And as about the affirmations, some examples would be ''I am always extremely strong mentally at all times in everyway, forever" or "My mind is always extremely strong and powerful at all times in everyway, forever". I always use 'extremely' and 'forever' in my affirmations.

I also think you should do the spiritual one. The material .. hmm, i dunno much about Mars, but as about Venus for instance, the material one would be money and wealth.
