Blood during dedication

a buddy of mine is wanting to do the dedication to father but is terrified of blood. he wants to know if there is a substitute or if he can skip that part entirely. i already told him the dangers of empowering and rituals without the dedication. he really wants to dedicate but does not want to do the blood part. i was wondering if anyone had any additional info as i am out of ideas.

It can be done astrally inside his temple instead, from what I've understood. About 3 months back I saw a topic on it.
Have him make the temple and sacrifice a small amount of his energy instead of blood. It being your own blood, the lifeforce, is more important than just using blood. That's the point: it's you dedicating yourself.
And, yes, some people cannot use blood. One pal of mine would bleed to death due to a disease. It happens. Father understands.

If he is afriad of a drop of blood he probably is not strong enough to handle this newly found truth. Is he afraid of the pain or the blood itself? If he is just afraid of blood he could look away while you poke him with a razor and put a drop of blood on a seperate paper that is burned along with the paper that has the pledge written on it.

I agree with others, if he's afraid of blood he is not strong enough to do the dedication. Either he should draw blood or not dedicate at all, remember that the dedication proves your strength too.

I'm not discouraging him, I'm simply telling the situation as it is. If he's scared of blood he'll also be scared of enemy angel attacks or enemy brainwashing and will turn to xianity at one point. He HAS to get rid of the fear first.

Don't you know that Satanism is not for everyone? For example, those who think they can sell their souls or those who are lazy and won't meditate and have the xian idea about praying and doing nothing they are not suitable for Satanism.

Blood also has your DNA too, energy doesn't have it. Signing in blood isn't a sacrifice, it is signing using your real personal signature.

Having a disease is another matter, of course if somebody has it he could use some other way.

But being *scared* of drawing blood isn't an excuse, because in Satanism we learn to take care of our fears.

Telling him that fears are wrong is not discouraging either, he is ENCOURAGED to get rid of the fear before dedicating. Fears in a certain degree are healthy, to warn you of danger, but too much fear can impede the progress.

And if he's that truly willing to dedicate in the first place, he will put his desire to dedicate ABOVE his fears, thinking that it is an one-time deal and he will eventually draw blood and dedicate. I know many people who had serious problems with fear of blood but have done it. If he won't do it it means he puts his fears above his desire to dedicate and above Satanism and he will probably betray Satan if somebody scares him to turn him away from Satanism. Common sense, isn't it?

The basic fears should be taken care before the dedication though. That's why it is called dedication, you should have no doubts, worries or fears that can bring you back to xianity and make you renounce completely SS. If you go back to xianity and reverse the dedication then it's game over, you can't become a Satanist again. If you go back to xianity but don't reverse it then it's ok though, but the chance of this shouldn't be gambled.

True, but very misunderstood. It doesn't imply anyway that your fears should discourage by doing the full dedication (with blood included) so that you alter it in some way. It just means that you should have the intention to get blood, and if you can't get a lot blood after you try a bit then it doesn't matter. Yes, it is the same thing as some guy asked if he can do the dedication without blaspheming the xian "god" and the "holy spirit" because he doesn't want to "hate"!!He's as suitable in Satanism as the guy who doesn't want to draw blood, unless he changes his ways of course.

And like I said, if the intention (what's in your heart) is strong enough, you'll do the ritual no matter the fear, like many others have done.

I myself rater encourage people to dedicate, yet if I see a poser - and I did see once or twice - I simply tell them to forget about Satan. Let them live a sheep's life.
